Your Opportunities:
Leadership Role:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring our facility runs smoothly and efficiently
Lead and support our team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and services
Resident-Centered Care:
Work closely with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences
Ensure our residents receive personalized care and support, tailored to their individual needs
Participate in resident-centered activities, such as care planning and family meetings
Staff Management:
Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimal staffing ratios
Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment to staff members
Provide training and development opportunities for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Administrative Duties:
Manage records, reports, and other administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resident files and facility documentation
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, making financial decisions, and ensuring the facility’s financial sustainability
Quality Assurance:
Monitor and improve quality of care, services, and living environment
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance resident care and services

Details:
Part-Time Daily Position: This role is a part-time position, working daily to oversee and support our facility’s operations.
Requirements:
Current CALA certification
At least 1 year of experience as a CALA in a memory care or assisted living setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent administrative skills
