Your Opportunities:

Leadership Role:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring our facility runs smoothly and efficiently

  • Lead and support our team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and services

Resident-Centered Care:

  • Work closely with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences

  • Ensure our residents receive personalized care and support, tailored to their individual needs

  • Participate in resident-centered activities, such as care planning and family meetings

Staff Management:

  • Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimal staffing ratios

  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment to staff members

  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage records, reports, and other administrative tasks

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resident files and facility documentation

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets, making financial decisions, and ensuring the facility’s financial sustainability

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor and improve quality of care, services, and living environment

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance resident care and services

Details:

  • Part-Time Daily Position: This role is a part-time position, working daily to oversee and support our facility’s operations.

Requirements:

  • Current CALA certification

  • At least 1 year of experience as a CALA in a memory care or assisted living setting

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
    • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent administrative skills
